Your action research plan sounds, real good Amber. I just have one suggestion. I am a visual person. I have to see something so that I understand how things work. My suggestion is before starting with the new routines and presentation of the procedures, is having the person on the grade level model and show the other teachers how the lessons should be delivered and procedures should be done. Perphaps having a mock session with each grade level or allowing teachers to go observe other teachers on the safe and civil committee delivering the lessons. Teachers can go and observe teachers during their conference time. This is just a suggestion for people like myself. I have to be able to see to understand. :) Great job!
